Johnny is an experienced finance professional who has the ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement financial solutions to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
He has strong analytical, communication, leadership, and team building skills that he developed in both public accounting and private company roles.
Prior to signing on with Palladium, he was senior director of financial analysis at Travelers Canada. Has worked in several other senior financial roles for Ernst & Young, KPMG Canada, The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company (now part of Travelers).
His experience includes financial reporting and accounting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting and modelling, cost reduction, restructuring, due diligence, and credit management for high performing organisations.He obtained his BCom at the University of Toronto, and became a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a certified Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA).
Johnny is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Level 1 Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) member. He volunteers with the Chill Foundation, an organisation that helps youth build resiliency through targeted challenges in boardsports: snowboarding, skateboarding, stand up paddle boarding and surfing.
